Every year, BWC members pool their energy and imagination into developing and managing a very popular event, a great fundraiser too, the enchanting Holiday Tea in December at the Golf Club of California in Bonsall.  

 Not satisfied that they have done enough (never enough, it seems) for local nonprofit organizations in need during 2012, the members are working hard on another fundraiser, the May 9, 2013, "Spring Into Summer" Hair and Fashion Show and Luncheon at Pala Mesa Resort. With 20 new enthusiastic members joining BWC in the last several months, it is proving to be a lot of fun for the older and newer members to get together and organize this fun fundraising event.

Club members are also hard at work promoting a FUNdraiser in partnership with and presented by the Rotary Club of Bonsall.  The popular "Wine, Brews and Blues" will be held Saturday, May 18, 2013, from 5:30 to 10 p.m., at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido.  Guests will enjoy live Blues Bands on two stages, tasty bites by local restaurants, a silent auction, dancing and a Blues Bistro Court.
