This site gives you a glimpse into the heart, purpose and activities of our active, dynamic club of 109 members. The group's home base is in the small, quiet, community of Bonsall, in Southern California, North San DiegoCounty. Members are not only from Bonsall, but from surrounding communities as well, including Carlsbad, Escondido, Fallbrook, Oceanside, Valley Center, and Vista.

Women of all ages and backgrounds belong to our club.  We strive to enrich our members' lives through personal growth and development as well as volunteerism and fellowship.  Many lasting friendships and best friends have evolved in our midst. 

Our focus is to engage exclusively in volunteer activities for the betterment of our community and our country.  As such, we work under the guidelines of our parent organization, the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC) and the California Federation of Women's Clubs (CFWC). 

BWC is dedicated exclusively to charitable and educational purposes.  We are classified as a nonprofit, charitable organization and retain a tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) under the Internal Revenue Code. Under this designation, the club places special emphasis on promoting the cultural interest of its members, promoting civic interest through education and discussion, and encouraging and helping our youth, elderly and needy through financial aid and personal service.
